Bledsoe State Forest Fall Flowers TNPS/TCWP

Pycnanthemum virginianum

We will caravan from Crossville to the Bledsoe State Forest. We will go to various sites on powerline right-of-ways to see many species of aster, goldenrods and other fall flowers. This is a joint TNPS and TCWP outing. The walks will be short with a total distance less than 3 miles.

1. Gold’s Gym/Books-A-Million parking lot in Oak Ridge (at the end close to S. Illinois Avenue, near Salsarita’s)
2. Shell Station on the south side of the Peavine exit in Crossville

Time:
1. 9:00 AM Eastern
2.10:00 AM Eastern or 9:00 AM Central

Lunch: Bring water, lunch, bug spray.
Facilities: At meeting places
