Welcome to our new Tennessee Native Plant Society website and blog! You can browse the website on your home computer, laptop, tablet or phone as everything resizes to fit your device, and whether you use a keyboard, mouse, stylus or finger you can still move around the website. Several new features will help you find detailed information about our Field Trips and other activities on our Calendar. The new Blog will alert you to activities and events. More Resources will include the TN-KY Plant Atlas that is now in beta testing. Also, online payment forms for Membership, Conference Registration, and Donations will be a bit easier to use.

Our new mission statement has also been given more prominence: “Conserving and celebrating native plant communities and their habitats through education.” To that end members of TNPS seek to

  • learn more about our native plants and their habitats;
  • protect our native plants and their habitats; and
  • share our knowledge with others via field trips, conferences, books, and online resources.

We hope you will join us in this wonderful adventure.
