Large-leaf Snowbell
Styrax grandifolia
A medium sized shrub found along bluffs and ridges near water courses, but in drier conditions than Styrax
americana. The beautiful white flowers emit a very heady, sweet fragrance that perfumes the woods where
they are located. Bloom time is mid spring.
